The U.S. effort will include medics and corpsmen for treatment and training, engineers to help erect the treatment facilities and specialists in logistics to assist in patient transportation.
How is this bad?Also, is anyone else confused as to why Africa doesn't seem to be progressing with the rest of the modern world at all. It's like they almost enjoy living the way they do. :/

By military personnel, they don't mean combat soldiers. The military is multi-purposeful you know, just look at Haiti during their disaster.
