Nothing aganist the Trans community (Although i do think they're not playing with a full deck), But I just feel this would be easily abused by people outside of the Trans community. My concerns are more about locker rooms and not bathrooms.

I mean we have already declared kids as young as 12-13 can be "Trans". Whats stopping a 14 year old freshman straight kid from saying hes trans and using the girls locker room to peak at some booty. Thats not fair to those girls and not fair to their parents. Just seems complicated for schools. If you have a dick, use the boys room. If you have titties and a vagina, use the girls room. Not hard.

Granted, I'm fucking lazy, but I wouldn't bother with faking GID for over a year in meetings with a shrink and then start presenting as a girl in public just to look at my female classmates undressing.

Honestly don't understand transgender as much with their views on bathrooms, however I will say this.

Whatever your gender is RIGHT NOW, not the one you identify as, the one that determines which friggin genitals you have, determines whether you use the boys or girls bathroom.

They are seperated for a friggin reason, just because some people see themselves as another gender doesn't mean that they should be allowed in the girls' bathroom with a penis and flat chest.

The simple thing is, make the switch, then you should be completely allowed to do so. Without restrictions.

I know it sounds harsh, but transgenders aren't THAT plentiful. And shouldn't be treated any differently than everyone else because they "want equality".
You are dealing with a mental illness, okay, yeah, I feel bad for you.

The only other fix I see is to make more boys & girls bathrooms, where both genders can go take a piss.


Honestly, I don't get why this is such a big deal, you shit and piss in a bathroom, wash your hands, and walk out. Not that big of a deal. Sorry if I'm insensitive but that's how I see it.

Seems like a Catch-22 scenario. At least this doesn't leave much room for abuse or interpretation. A sort of "Don't ask, don't tell" policy might be better.

I don't really see a way for this issue to not exist unless we start having three bathrooms or just one.

This law should be implemented everywhere.

Muslims should also be included in the bathroom ban. Any one of them could have a bomb.

I'm probably going to get a lot of shit for this, but black people should be banned too. They could have a gun and may try to deal drugs wih small children in there, away from cameras.

I wholeheartedly agree. Well segregated  bathrooms are essential to security of a free state.

Just gonna say this, I would probably get shot or get hit in the face by pepper spray if I walked into the women's restroom these days. Just saying.

The problem with that is what you think you can get away with and what Cletus thinks you can are different things.

Then you better be damn well convincing.  Besides, its just using the bathroom.  This law doesn't stop anyone from using the toilet.  And if it's that big of a deal, then don't go.
