Even as an art major, to my understanding, I'm okay with this.  Tax payers shouldn't have to fund the arts.  They can donate if they'd like, but forcing them to pay for it is wrong.  It eliminates the point of disapproval through boycotting.  And besides, no one stopping PBS or whoever from broadcasting, they just need to find another way to pay for themselves.

Let me guess the funding he's cutting off is going towards that already high military budget?
