Robert Durst Arrested (Again)

tldr, rich heir (Durst) killed his wife back in the 80s, she wasnt found until 2000. he killed a neighbor while posing as a disabled woman the following year (a gun "accidentally discharged" during a struggle; of course, Durst chopped his friend/neighbor up afterwards, as sane people are wont to do.) he was acquitted in the murder of the neighbor and never tried for the murder of his wife.

recently, Durst contacted HBO to do a documentary, which has been airing over the last couple months as a miniseries called "The Jinx," in which Durst revealed quite a bit of information he probably shouldnt have (for the sake of his not being in jail, that is.) the filmmakers were very meticulous and have somehow gathered an incredible amount of damning information- this could very well put Durst away for good.

what do you guys make of this?

nah it aint for his sake, the filmmakers deserve your viewership. their work will put him behind bars for the rest of his life

the story of how he got off in the trial of the murder of morris black (his friend/neighbor) is really fucking wacky, like OJ-caliber legal fuckery. his lawyers (the top legal team in texas) managed an expert character assassination of black on top of a self-defense plea, while repeatedly reminding the jury that durst was on trial for murder, not dismemberment (which he fully admitted to in court.)

all of black's body parts were found, except for his head, which would have been a crucial piece of evidence; a bullet hole in the back of his skull would have thrown any plausibility of durst's acting in self defense out the window.

lawyers are fucking warlocks, i swear.

Bloody hell...

So this son of a bitch actually got away with murder and was then stupid enough to go attention seeking over it... and then got himself nicked. GG.
Also I hope they go Son of Sam on this though >.>
