What if we came from Mars?

That doesn't make much sense. Like, at all.

The only way that would be possible is if some civilisation had the technology to launch spacecraft - and there are literally zero signs of any kind of life having existed, much less intelligent life.

No, there's a theoretical process called panspermia that would permit life from on planet to be transferred to another.

I literally read up on that a month ago and it's pretty interesting to think about.
