The month may almost be over but it's still important to discuss. May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Most of you probably already know that but also probably don't do much for any kind of stress/emotional trouble in your life. Letting it pass might work for some or most but it may not work every time nor is it a universal cure for people who are struggling. https://talklife.co/
This is an app where you literally just post how you're feeling. As you can see from some of the pics, some of the things people post might seem "cringey" to you, but most of us would by lying if we said we didn't feel the same at some point. There's a stigma against talking about how you feel even though most people feel better when they talk about their problems.
I personally don't need the app, if I ever have any problems I have people around me I can talk to. You might be the same but it's nice to know that you always have a tool at your disposal just in case.
