Should be left up to the families. If they have the capacity to care for it, and want to keep it, then no.

If they can't, then yes. Kill it.

Also, yeah, vaccines absolutely should be mandatory and to deny a child aich medication should be a criminal offence.

In the meantime, you can also use corporal punishment to raise a generation of psychopaths and borderlines, because no psychiatric institution supports corporal punishment due to its horrible consequences.

Those are more personal opinions. While you can't argue that their lives change, because they do, I've seen some incredibly happy teen moms. Hell, several go to my school and they don't regret a thing. They are the nicest people you'll ever meet. I'd have to say this is a tad radical. It's the woman's body. You can't force her to have an abortion, just like you can't force her to not have an abortion.
