However, the "gateway" process of transitioning includes psychological therapy that has the capability to fix GID in some percentage of cases. Not all cases of GID end with undergoing transition. This is because not all cases are inherent unto themselves; they can be caused by anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, et cetera.
