Somewhat relevant. This apparently happened in Missouri as well and it's interesting to watch. Apparently you really don't have to answer anything at checkpoints and the like if they're pulling everybody over when they've done nothing wrong.

@cheat. Yeah, you can't be stopped without reasonable suspicion or probable cause because to be detained, there needs to be a minimum of reasonable suspicion and without any proof you can't be detained. On top of that, if an anonymous person phones in a complaint about a "suspicious" individual selling druhs down at the corner, that is not enough proof for a cop to stop the guy but if the cop did, asks the guy if he can conduct a pat down, agrees, and does find drugs then the case will be thrown out due to the cop not having reasonable suspicion or probable cause to conduct the stop. It's no different than entering a person's home without a warrant and arresting any wanted persons inside

OT: So either cops take ttheir time, thus causing you and everybody else complain or they listen to the public by speeding thjngs up and still get complaints because they were not taking their time

Sounds like this guy is trying to get drunk-drivers out of tickets.
I'd rather they be arrested for my safety, but whatever.

The guy posted a bit about the cop who wrote him the ticket on the Youtube page. He was known for throwing around his weight and showing off his power as a police officer.

If the dude pulls you over, he has a good reason.

Answer the questions. Give the dude your info. Take the ticket and be on your way,

Get this,we have many more laws against knives/guns/weaponry BUT, we are not searched/oppressed/attacked, therefore giving us more freedom to do what the fuck we want.

In fact, i've not seen a single cop, on foot in my area for over 5 years!

By any chance are you white?

As according to recent figures (and depending on certain areas of Britain) you are 29 times more likely than a white person to stopped and searched if you are black. And to top it off, an estimated 250,000 S&S's conducted last year could've been illegal. (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-28923242)

Only now have they decided to implement a CoC and monitoring to enforce some standard of equality. Hell, one guy said he's been stopped 140 times and yet never arrested as a result.

Still...for a rural back-end of nowhere place I live, I see an awful lot of police for some reason.
