Hey.
I came here from b.net after a few Floods invited me. None of them post on either b.net nor here anymore, which is sad. I was still active on b.net until for some bizarre reason, b.net admins locked out people who have not played Destiny. Even if you wanted to post on the offtopic section. After that, I fully moved here and have not returned to b.net since.
Please come play Halo with me.
Fedora man, when you coming to Ireland?

The sinking ship looks mighty glorious from here.

If I'm not here, I'm doing Photography. Or I'm asleep. Or hungover. One of those three, anyway.

The current titlebar/avatar setup is courtesy of Father Dougal McGuire, from Craggy Island's Father Ted.
It just goes to show talk does better than petrol bombs for unification.

Shame that the talk came from the British side/the DUP, but ah well.

Who would've thought that boiling an incredibly complex issue down to a simple yes/no question decided by millions of woefully uneducated and uninformed people subjected to a long campaign of fake news, misinformation, blatant lies and meddling by populists set on riling up the masses against a convenient scapegoat could ever backfire? It's not as if the people who voted remain all wanted the exact same and very concrete thing, while the leavers were a basket case of a dozen different views ranging from an immediate and extreme Brexit to the closest possible allegiance without technically being in the EU. No matter what the final Brexit deal will look like, it's never going to have more than the support of a small % of people. The remainers will of course disagree with it all while half of Brexiters will denounce it as being too hard / soft and not what was promised.

I mean

STRONG AND STABLE. MAKE ENGLAND GREAT AGAIN.

Pretty sure the people who wanted to stay in the EU voted remain. The question wasn't that complicated in the referendum.

OH NO NO NO

>31% of Brits think May is the right person for the job
>54% of Brits support Remain
>55% of Brits support a new Referendum (just 35% oppose this)

>Just 14% of Brits think the proposed Brexit plan is the best solution

This is going swimmingly. Just do the right thing and ditch the Brexit already.

How do I stop Brexit

1. Frame this picture and put it on your nightstand.

Spoiler

2. Pray to the Holy Trinity of the European Parliament, European Commission and European Council, and say grace to the Holy Father of the Council of Europe.

3. Every night before bed, recite the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and the first sections of the Treaty on the (Functioning of) the European Union.

Only that way shall justice prevail, my friend.

Wew lad. At least it will all be worth it to have those blue passports now (which was actually already possible without leaving the EU but who cares about facts nowadays).

UH OOOOOOH

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-46446694
Who would've thought. Brexit is such an appalling mistake and it should be ditched asap.

Also, the ECJ Advocate General has let on that the UK can unilaterally stop Brexit by just rescinding their invocation of article 50. Holding the door open in case you guys want to come back.

Shouldn't they honor the first referendum by leaving first?
