Quote from: PSU on September 14, 2014, 09:53:22 AMYeah, the kid was 4. Its a little over the top but not child abuse by any means. I was beat by a belt almost daily when I was 8-12. I was a bad kid. I wish I had gotten beaten by a switch instead of a belt, would have been much better. You also have to remember in the Black Culture this is a thing almost every family does.Of course. Making a 4 year old child bleed isn't child abuse at all. He obviously deserved it for not eating his veggies or cleaning up his toys. It's a shame he didn't shoot him in both knee caps then sent him to bend without supper. Love the racism at the end there, too. How are people still taking you seriously?

You also have to remember in the Black Culture this is a thing almost every family does. When I was 4, my parents spanked me too.But this is different. They did it bare-handed and only did it enough to hurt without injuring me.They did not beat me with a stick until I fucking bled. That is child abuse.
The beating allegedly resulted in numerous injuries to the child, including cuts and bruises to the child’s back, buttocks, ankles, legs and scrotum, along with defensive wounds to the child’s hands.

But child abuse? No. Its a sad day when PARENTING, raising, and disciplining your child is considered child abuse.

Quote from: PSU on September 14, 2014, 11:04:32 AMIf you want to raise your kids without hitting them, go right ahead. But why should you tell other people how to raise their kids?Because this is a threat to the child's safety and well-being?

I guess every single child in the world is having their safety threatened.
This is nothing new.
