If the trauma from the rape wasn't bad enough having a rape baby which reminds them of that attack is going to be bad. It might be bad enough were the person commits suicide or tries to do an abortion in their own hands. Forcing them to give birth to a rape child is cruel.

It's a very situational thing there, guys.
If you have to choose between saving five people in danger or saving one person in the same danger, then the answer is clear. You're passively resulting in one death.
If you have to actively kill the one man to save the others, it should be his decision, not yours.
