In the real world, such an act would result in the boy facing numerous felony charges (exact charges depend on state laws) possibly including weapons theft,unlawful possession of a weapon by a minor, illegal concealed carry of a weapon, carrying a weapon onto school property, assault, and brandishing.

He would face the possibility of felony criminal record and mandatory expulsion from his school… and this is the kind of behavior that deranged gun control supporter Sincic is hoping that children will emulate.

So what was the point of that video? It might have had a stronger message to it if they kid just shot up the class. Really that was just shit. Nobody in that classroom looked happy at all which bugs me. The kid looks like he should be a few grades above all of those students. And for the whole "I don't feel safe with this gun in my house thing." Maybe the reason why you don't feel safe is because you know there's a ready to use gun in the dresser. For real though the whole point of that kid is to make you feel safe. If someone brakes into your house kid that gun is ready to use by your mom or dad at night.

Really the only thing this kid is going to accomplish is getting mental help. His mom looked normal and his home life looked normal. The only thing I seen in this video is a kid that looks like he was going to shoot up the class. That's the type of video I was expecting this to be. The kid looks like he needs help because of some other problem than a gun being in his house.

The only thing I can think of is that the kid is worried about using it to shoot up the school. I mean look at the kid. He looks unstable as fuck and his in a class were it looks like he's the oldest by a large margin compared to the other students. I'm thinking he was going to shoot up the class but he thought it out and he gave the gun to the teacher to get help. I know him shooting up the class wasn't part of the video but I'm trying to make sense of a video that has no logic at all to it. I'm defiantly putting more thought into this than the people who did this.

A total of 34% (Just over 11,000) were homicides. And this brings up my second point: Not all homicides=unlawful; there exists justifiable homicides and that number is included. But what about the whole gangs idea? Well simply put, there is no actual data that shows what unjustifiable homicides make up gang/organized crime activity. With that said, there are some estimated numbers with a few select cities: New Orleans gang-related homicides number between 33-55%, In Chicago, an estimated 80% of homicides are gang-related. And in Baltimore, the police commissioner states that 80% of homicides are drug-related. So while it may not be gangs in every case, their does lay a criminal manner with these deaths that take place between drug deals, robberies, burglaries, kidnapping, car jacking, etc
