So a question regarding the law in general. Since it's passed already in the states, and Jeff Sessions in your granddaddy when it comes to weed ("good people don't smoke weed" he said), can the Federal government actually remove these laws, or is that overreach? I would assume the Supreme Court would get in and say a word if they tried.

This is not the greatest sig in the world, no. This is just a tribute.
Of course the federal government can end prohibition, it just has to be congress. They need to amend, repeal, or supersede the Marijuana Tax Act of 1937. Trump can't really do much to outright end marijuana prohibition, to my knowledge.
