I usually post on flood but I kind of wanted to get a non-meme response to this. Like, It'd be cool if I could hear the reasons behind your choice.

My favourite is the big guy himself, Socrates. Amazing how much he achieved by sticking to a simple set of rules. He essentially single-handedly INVENTED logic. If that doesn't get you first place I don't know what does.

Favourite theory is probably from Plato though. I forget the offical name but it's the :
