I would assume economic sanctions or revoking some member privileges if all persuasive dialogue fails?
Why not look it up and become better informed by learning things yourself?

Having a Hungarian perspective on this is quite interesting, I'll ask my housemate later and come back to this.
EDIT: Told him about it and he just just did a big hearty Hungarian laugh. No fucks given it seems...

Not really sure how this will go as I'm reasonably sure Hungary (and elsewhere in the EU) don't have any duty of care to the asylum seekers/refugees/migrants until they are inside the country, and seeing as Hungary built a border fence surrounding Croatia and Serbia I doubt a lot got in. Even Bulgaria, Slovenia and Austria have fences now to stem the flow of refugees aiming towards Western Europe and I haven't heard much mention for those.
