If Trump is elected, what kind of additional infrastructure would be implemented in order to protect the nation in the likely event he pisses the wrong person off?

Increased naval arms?
New bomb shelters?

It's inevitable that other politicians would see him as a loose cannon, and implement some kind of new protection when he gets up on the world stage.

What do you think we'll see?

Honestly I think he'd be hamstrung by Congress and the courts. The president doesn't make legislation, so all his talk of closing the border and repealing Obamacare really is just empty.

He'd need the funds approved by Congress.
