the one true God is Doctor Doom and we should all be worshiping him.
But but but muh "votes don't matter" argument...
Voting isn't just a right, it's a duty. I knew my mother wouldn't vote in the election for the European Parliament, so I asked for her ballot and cast my vote for UKIP.

DE EBIL REPUBLIBANS R GOMIN 2 GED UYeah no, spare me the propaganda. Sure, he's absolutely right when he says it's a disservice to the country and the democratic process by not voting, but it's also a disservice to yourself to be swept up in blatant appeal to emotion speeches. Vote for who you believe can change the country for the better, not who can speak the most eloquently.
Does your mother not need to sign the ballot saying that this is, indeed, her vote? We do that in the US on mail-in ballots.

It's just a shortened version of an alternate timeline where I convinced her to vote UKIP via persuasion.

You're like the guy not helping to put out the fire.
The Tea Party controls the Republican Party
I'd love to vote, but it doesn't mean anything since there's an electoral college and delegates that can ignore the public's vote (assuming you're in a state where that's legal). So, does your vote really mean something?
you guys live in a world separated from reality, and that isn't something you want to hear.
