I'm just curious on everyone's thoughts on this topic. Does the United States Constitution truly offer citizens a right of privacy, on the broad spectrum?

Most of the Supreme Court cases involving the protection of abortion are normally justified by the fact that they are included in the Constitution's right to privacy. To the best of my knowledge, however, SCOTUS has never specified exactly wherein this right lies.

I don't see why the Fourth Amendment wouldn't extend to all personal things

Before the Constitution: Just a signed peace of paper declaring a general warrant that can be used on anybody

After Constitution: Signed document that states probable cause, the individual, location to be searched, and specific item to be searched

So yes, the Constitution has given us a true right to privacy because a person that hasn't broken the law can't be subjected to a search

No, it does not. A war is supposed to be a justified combat in self-defense only,
If you can only have justified combat in self-defense, there will never be a war again. Someone has to be the aggressor.
