Then you should be expected to live with your parents until you're 30, be tried as a minor until you're 30, not have to sign up for selective service until you're 30, etc.

The age of consent starts when you become a legal adult, at the latest. And when you become a legal adult starts when you're no longer an official dependent of the state and your parents.

Only last a few minutes too. I tried nasal snuff once. Never again. Tried "dip". It's not that great. And it's messy. Swedish Snus is what I used. You can keep it in your mouth for 2-3 hours. Instead of 5 minutes like cigarettes. You aren't blowing smoke around other people. It tastes good. It's spitless as in you swallow it. And you aren't getting mouthfuls of nasty spit full of grains like moist snuff(dip). And the nicotine is quite high. Cigarettes usually only have 2-3MG of Nicotine per cigarette. Moist Snuff has around 8. Some Snus has up to 42. It's also much safer than moist snuff or smoking tobacco. It's regulated as a food product and fermented. Moist Snuff is already way less harmful than smoking. The mouth cancer you see on adverts like with baseball players is just anti-tobacco propaganda. Snus is probably the safest form of tobacco. Other than not doing it at all. Point is though. The government shouldn't worry about what people are doing to their bodies.
