Obviously in my opinion, but

Top tier: Bernie > Warren
Mid tier: [Beto] = [Bloomberg] > Harris > [Biden] > Booker
Low tier: Castro
Not-even-once tier: Yang, Shultz

In terms of general electibility, I think Harris, Biden and Beto have the best chances of winning against Trump in 2020. I can't see Bernie winning an election against Trump unless a Kasich or Romney run as an independent, and I can't see Warren winning regardless of other candidates. I liked Clinton and Harris is just a worse version of her, Biden isn't a great choice but he would pull enough from both sides to win, and Beto has that star power.

I haven't been paying too much attention to all the candidates, but I was feeling what I saw of Tulsi Gabbard's platform. I'll have to check out more, though, as I'm not very familiar with her. I'm also not really one to just trust any politician to make good on what they promise.

DNC is attempting to make asking candidates during the debates if they will govern "as a democrat" an important question. Which, based on current contenders, is really only a slight meant for Sanders. Do with that information what you will.

I'm not a giant fan of Gabbard myself; her political history is upsetting.

Also I wouldn't really agree that "establishment democrats" are the reason for Clinton's selection as the democratic nominee, but to each their own.
