He's really not, and the fact that you believe that indicates you probably don't know much about Trump.

Trump is part of the mercantile international capitalist class running most of the western world, but he is opposed to their agenda, as is Sanders. It seems to me that most Bernie supporters are anti-establishment types, there's really more to it than voting for the candidate who offers the most gibs.

Trump may be a wild card, but I really don't think he's anti-establishment. He just doesn't give a fuck about following anyone's rules.

He's convinced his supporters that he's anti-establishment because of the way he's funding his campaign. It still doesn't change the fact that he prays on angry disenfranchised people and scapegoats groups because he knows he will get a lot of media attention for doing it. We all know how it works know. He says something really stupid and provocative and gets away with it because he's just trump being trump and because fuck political correctness. He's a genius at media manipulation and nothing else. His policies are void of substance, others are just downright dangerous.

It's pretty obvious by now that he will say anything to get elected, that includes pretending to be the populist that cares about working Americans. The worst part about trump is that no one really knows where he stands on most issues, because he keeps frequently changing his mind.

That's the one thing that bothers me, the fact that he's a genuine wild card. We have no idea where he actually stands on anything because he just says shit for reactions and it's always different. All we know for sure is that he's power hungry and he's really good at making tons of money and fucking over a lot of people in the process (Trump University, bankruptcies, etc). He's never held any sort of political office before, which I honestly feel like should be a prerequisite for the presidency. Haven't really talked about this much on here so I'll throw my $0.02 out there. This comment is the epitome of what originally got me looking at Trump. I'll tell you why.

I legit don't think he's a wild card. He constantly states and repeats his positions on the biggest issues. I don't think a lot of people know where he stands because they haven't been bothered to look. I do know a lot of people who say he flip-flops on everything but when asked they struggle to give me a real response.

Also in the day and age where "racist" doesn't necessarily have to mean someone who discriminates based on race and more often ends up meaning "person I think is an asshole", I'm skeptical when the term is used anywhere (which is sad). Not that you mentioned racism in your comment but it's another example along the same lines that's often used with him.

I was seeing a lot of this sort of thing last year and in the beginning months of this year. Everyone hates this Trump guy but nobody can seem to point to an example or really tell me why. So I look for myself. I take a look at his policy and I find myself not completely disagreeing with certain aspects. Immigration is a fucking mess and trade is a disaster. But nobody's talking about that shit, it's just people upset because he's mean.

People bring up the stuff like the fact that he's had four bankruptcies which would be terrible if he'd only run four businesses, not four hundred. People bring up this "power-hungry" angle and it just straight-up doesn't have any basis in reality. It's totally nonsensical.

I don't usually feel the need to stand up for the guy but it seems nobody is capable of framing him or his arguments or positions accurately or honestly. It's all smear shit or in many cases completely made up. I hear people going on for hours about how bad Trump is but they can tell me hardly anything when it comes to the policies of the candidate they're voting for. It's totally insane.

What is Trump's plan for dealing with ISIS?

On social issues, they're somewhat dissimilar. On economic issues, I trust Trump far more than a guy who seems to not really understand how money works. On the anti-establishment angle, I think they're both on the same page.

Of course judging from your other response you don't seem to think Trump is anti-establishment and in that case I don't know quite what to tell you.
