If anything quotes Trump makes only emboldens and strengthen the resolve of the militants and actually proves to them that they are fighting a fight against and imperial oppressor. Hezbollah last attack was decades ago, during the Isreali occupation of Lebanon where Isreali backed groups massacred villages.

Also recent rocked attacks (before the 2006 conflict), from Lebanon are not from Hezbollah but from the Palestinian groups within Lebanon. Hezbollah after the war has made sure all groups are not firing rockets into Isreal.
