"Am I Being Detained?"

These four words are the only ones you need to know when dealing with police officers. Remember, Police are only wannabe authority figures with a gun and a useless badge that mean nothing. You have rights guaranteed to you by The Articles of Confederation. You have zero obligation to comply with police or even acknowledge their existence. They cannot lay a finger on you, that is assault and even rape in some cases.

Under no circumstances should you ever interact with "Law Enforcement" as they are anything but "Lawful".

There's a lot of variables the dick can use though. Of course they always go for the "I'm not driving, I'm traveling." they can also:

"I'm just sitting in my car."
"I'm talking to you right now."
"Where's the evidence?"

Let's cut the shit here, we all know they're just arguing semantics just to get out of being in trouble. But technicalities are what they're gambling on, which is why it's so funny.

Yes and it goes from telling the cop "I'm not driving, I'm traveling." to telling the judge "I'm not the person I'm the individual." and that if a judge leaves the courtroom, they yield to you and you win the argument.

If you haven't seen it already, here's there's the video of the cop going T-1,000 on the window. The guy in the car is a complete moron. By doing a quick Google search I've found out that driving without a licenses is not illegal on a federal level, but it is on a sate level in every state.

What's great is that in the OP's video it make it seem like those people did nothing wrong, but when you see the full video they are complete idiots.
