I'm trying to ascertain exactly what speculation you have a problem with in this thread. If you just want to sit there and repeat what you said, as if it gives your position any legitimacy, then fine.

But at least be honest with yourself. You've come into this thread, grossly misrepresented the opinions expressed within and then called out some speculation which you're yet to identify. And you did all of this pages after we knew that the mass shooting was perpetrated by a Muslim.

This chart really put things into perspective for me, so I thought I would share.

I even read a story earlier about a guy who was texting his mother while hiding in the bathroom before the shooter came in and killed him. It's so sad, and I feel really bad for not only their families but the community as a whole.

edit: I just wanted to add that this is the worst in modern American history...

Unsurprising in that many gay men who are closeted and insecure with their sexuality have made attempts to beat down and diminish pride in others in the community - you especially see it in politicians who sponsor or support anti-LGBT legislation, despite being in the closet themselves. Of course, this rarely turns to violence like we saw over the weekend - but it does give another facet as to why the shooter drove over an hour to Orlando and this one specific club, when he could have easily picked the more popular Parliament House (another gay club in Orlando), or larger venues in the state to cause more destruction.

A former classmate (I believe it was a classmate) has also been making the rounds on the news, giving evidence to support the notion that the shooter was, in the very least, curious about other men.

But yeah, at the same time, unsurprising probably wasn't the right word.

Other areas in Orlando, including Disney, were also visited by the two earlier this year. Authorities are investigating if these were possible locations of violence

It depends on whether the husband threatened her or not. You can't usually convict someone of a crime that they were forced at gunpoint to do.

So he's just the most extreme sort of closeted self loather. He turned to radical Islam to take his gay away. If he were born white, it would have been the skinheads or WBC. If this is all true, then this is more a hate crime than it was an act of terrorism. He only turned to ISIS or whoever because he was Muslim. It was the accident of birth that led to this being classified as terrorism.
