Because the pussy ass world leaders and liberals won't admit that western civilization is at war and they think that praying and getting a hashtag trending on twitter and changing their profile picture to a country's flag is going to get these terrorists to change their mind and stop killing innocents.

ISIS can get a nuke and kill hundreds of thousands and still they won't change their views on anything. They'll just blame the nuke and call anyone racist for talking shit about the bombers.
