What a fucking dumbass. For starters you can feel the damn thing coming down the tracks. Behind my house there's a set of tracks a couple hundred feet behind me. When a train is coming down them it rattles the windows and you can somewhat feel it. So there's no reason why this dipshit couldn't have felt the thing coming down the tracks. Then there's the hearing thing. Who the hell thinks it's a good idea to listen to music while walking down the tracks during the trains hours? He must have had those fuckers up high to drown out the horn. I think somebody just got nominated for a Darwin Award.

Now that I thought about it this kid had to be borderline deaf and retarded. Those horns on the trains are loud. Those things are able to carry on for miles. I live about 5 miles away from town and I'm able to hear the horn from one at that distance. Then for the retarded factor you would be able to feel the thing coming down the tracks at you. This kid had to have the worlds best shoe inserts or he was enjoying the vibrations.
