His campaign to the convention is more to get his beliefs and causes engrained in the Democratic platform. Sander's knows full well that he will not be the nominee.

His statement that he will work with Clinton is as close as an endorsement we will get from him until after July.

I really don't want to go Off-Topic but:

Only in college. In HS a D is below average and you'll still get the credit. I've gotten enough D's in my education before college to know that a D isn't failing.

And at this point I realize in this moment that I'm half defending Obama here....I feel weird....

I should have said "in Georgia" because they took away the "D" letter grade and made it go straight to failing as part of the whole "no child left behind" thing. The lowest grade for "passing" is a 70%.

Don't feel weird for defending your current president even if you don't agree with him he is still the president.
