Another problem I have with "white privilege" is that it lists an alleged problem but it basically provides no viable solutions to it whatsoever. It's like proponents of this meme just expect white people to self flagellate in regret just for being white and offering nothing to nullify this supposed "privilege".

The point is that you can't correct it. You can only be aware of it. This was made clear in the comic itself.

The idea is that it's much better to be fully aware of your privilege than to be ignorant or glib about it.

Like I said to Sandtrap, the comic makes it clear that there is no solution. That's the point.

The only solution is to be aware of your privilege. That's literally it.

Personally, I don't see a single problem with that.

You suck, and this will never change; be aware of it. It's not that much to ask for.

The difference between other countries and the USA is that they don't claim to be inclusive societies. The US does. Like it or not, there is a difference in how middle class and up white males live when compared to any other group. That difference is the "White Privilege."

Is it a personal attack on any individual? No. It's just the recognition that they system is rigged in some fundamental ways to benefit a group. It doesn't mean you are inherently racist or work to keep anyone down. Just that you benefit from this system.

Well I'm sorry, that's the wrong fucking answer then. You don't just fucking bitch at somebody and take this moral high ground bullshit stance and then go quiet when said reciever of bullshit asks what to do about it.

Privilege isn't some magical fucking thing that comes from nowhere. It has identifiable roots which can be altered.
