Umm... Why do Trump and Alfa Bank (Russia) have servers dedicated to each other?

Interesting Slate article. The short version is that an analysis of traffic while determining if Trump had been hacked when Hillary was showed that Trump and Alfa had two dedicated servers with the sole purpose of communicating with each other. No other traffic was allowed on these servers. When questioned about it, the Trump server was abruptly shut down and replaced with another. The only thing that can be determined from this is that communication happened, not it's content

It's a good read.

But, again... Why are there dedicated servers at these two locations?

Secretive communications look like and should be treated as espionage when someone is in or attempting to attain public office. We know the CF got that money because it was public record. What's Trump hiding here?

Word on the street is multiple publications passed up publishing the story because the facts didn't add up.

According to the New York Times, even the US government doubts the veracity of these claims.

This is pure speculation, and an organization owned by a business mogul communicating with a foreign bank is hardly scandalous, let alone treasonous. The conclusion that long-winded article reaches is, "we think it's mail, though it could be other stuff, and there's no way to know what it actually is".

I read liberally biased news sources almost exclusively, so that's not an issue. The speculation is whether Trump's administration is rolling back a Hawkish Ukrainian stance because of ties to Russia, rather than because he's consistently touted isolationism -- and more than a small minority of Republicans take issue with arming Ukraine against Russia.

A fair point of view I suppose. I don't see Trump as sketchy on Russia as I did his former campaign manager anyway who had money rolling all over in Ukraine for a while, and they had to fire him for it.
