Embedding Webms

Because the standard [img] doesn't work

We've had this same thread multiple times, but I suppose you didn't see, no, its something that will get implemented, but its not a priority.

Wasn't it implemented for a while, then took out randomly? I remember it being in for an hour or so and there was a thread about it.

It was brought in, but something in the code meant that there were lots of problems with the extension.
The least of all being problems like them not showing up at all for some users.

So since it isn't a priority fix, we don't need Webm to run the site, Cheat put them on hold for the time being.
