Why does sep7 keep opening the appstore for me?

Whenever I'm just looking at topics on my phone, my phone will freeze for a second then it will open the app store with some random app game's name entered in the search bar.

I have a windows phone by the way.

It asks me too sometimes and I say no, but it doesn't ask me everytime.

Also I know it might be ads, but none of the ads I get are ones related to games.

Happened to a while back when I was on holiday.
Had to use my phone to browse, it redirected me to the uber app in the android store. Annoying as fuck.

i used to have that problem but it stopped when i updated to iOS 8.4

It doesn't take me to a page, it just sends me straight to the appstore.

Also this only happens on my phone, not any other mobile device or my PC.

I know. I mean take a screenshot of the app it sends you to. Wherever you get redirected is where I need to see, so I can report it to the ad service.
