There isn't a point to the Buddy system without seeing the "Who" page as far as I'm aware.

I was one of them who requested it; I didn't know others requested it, too.

I didn't ask for him to remove it ENTIRELY.

I just wanted the option to keep my actions hidden, because I received notice that my actions were being watched by people in Anarchy. Which is obnoxious. If you have people in your buddy list, I think it's reasonable to let you "stalk" them. But only then.

Figured as much. Since that was the only thread I've seen on the topic.

I do believe they allowed people to go invisible though, but it would tell you how many people were browsing hidden.

Well, no, I mean, if you're okay with people knowing exactly what you're doing on the forums (and like I said, I normally would be fine with that myself--but my problem is that I was worried people were going to use the actions against me somehow), you should be able to have that ability. I'm just saying, for those of us who want to remain hidden, for whatever reason that may be, they should have that ability.

I honestly think you're just paranoid. No one really gives a shit and there's no real way to use something like that against you.

Either way I hope Cheat reconsiders just allowing people to go hidden because I liked having that little tool.

You're right, it is paranoid. I still don't like being fucking stalked. There's a difference between not caring about your privacy and wanting to be stalked. To say that the information could never be used against anyone is myopic. If someone's spying on you, they're typically not doing it for the fuck of it.

Curious considering the thread in question was about you stalking someone else.
