Tapatalk app not allowing replies

It keeps on telling me I haven't got permission to post, and that's on the rare occasions that the option to reply/quote/create post even comes up

Test. Try logging in and out. I'm logging in with the test account to see if I can duplicate the problem.

Oh shit, I can't access the forum, and I know that my password was correct, everything seems to be lining up that my account has been restricted somehow

Well this sort of sucks. The database doesn't even recognize your old name anymore. I've given you your post count back, but I cannot attribute your old posts to your new account. You should be able to change your display name in your account options to get your special character back. That shouldn't affect things so horribly.

So...I guess lesson learned. Special characters fuck up usernames sometimes. I've dropped an extra nameplate in your profile for your trouble.
