Yeah, if you see something of this sort then it's an issue easily resolving by hard refresh. Now, this happens on Sep7agon for multiple reasons, but essentially it's just the chaos of how our forum software works. (Loads things upon loading things, especially with Javascript-- you probably loaded four versions of jQuery to see this post)
Now, the issue is that I had to load a version because the one some modules we use happen to use outdated ones, and the way everything is loaded is well, a hit-or-miss. (Notice why it takes some extra moments for the head bar to load? It's the result of me fighting with the alerts system to make it work)
The new head bar version should take care of well, what makes it worse due to my code, but for everything else I don't have any specific time or plan yet.
