But sometimes I'm clicking "The Flood" button to refresh and it's saying connection timeout at times. wat do?

Is it like...a generic browser message? Or is it a single line of text in the upper left part of the screen?

Just generic from Firefox. If it helps, earlier on the notification bubble wasn't appearing at all and I was signed out when I came on the website.
