Where is mah Legendary now?

I have a question for you all. Can I use a custom image in my title bar now or do I need more posts. I'm confused about this because I see some Heroic Members have custom images in their title bars.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thats only made to be a warning if you did something to break the rules. It won't affect your title either.
