I disagree, if someone changes their name, nameplate and avatar, maybe their should be something more telling than a constant username that never changes in their signature, maybe they should make a thread.But usually I've only seen people do that for jokes, a simple name change shouldn't confuse anyone.Unless the user changes their name to something like what another user has.
Every name I have has Lemön in it.

Not sure about Nick.
