That's weird.

I checked my inbox and read your message and Psy's (which came through like 30 seconds before I read it) and now the icon is fine. Maybe Psy sent it a while ago, and it took some time to show up in my inbox?

Ehh, that is actually very possible. SMF caches a lot of data so that the traffic doesn't murder the database. For instance: it will keep the "There are x posts that need approval" message up 2-3 minutes after the queue is empty, since it doesn't check on every page refresh.
