Usually it only looks like this for a second or two when I open a new sep7 page, but for some reason it's sticking like this?

I had that happen to me once. Its a glitch with some of the ads I think. I thought it was just part of the website.

Anyway, the answer is that javascript is failing to load for you. My best guess is that it's whatever extension you have installed that is making that message in the lower left appear as the page is loading.

So that's the cause of it. I had that happen to me with ad-block plus before on Firefox but not with Chrome.

I'm using uBlock now and its fine still on Chrome. Can't speak the same for Firefox anymore.

Oh shit wait. I didn't even see that message at the bottom. I thought she was talking about the big empty space between the banner and the board. Okay I never had that before.
