Why do we have ads like these? Not to sound like a bitch, but I'll have to use Adblock if Sep7agon continues to use popup ads.

Popups aren't allowed, but advertisers are assholes. Take a screenshot next time you see it so I can report it.

I just heard a loud voice say "You've got mail!" as soon as I clicked a thread. And one tab was all I had open.

It does look like you have this disabled and that your filter strength is up to strict, so this definitely shouldn't be getting through. If the next time you see it, if you could use your browser to 'inspect element' and grab the ad calls starting from go.adversal.com then I can forward it over to ad ops for investigation.
