This is not the greatest sig in the world, no. This is just a tribute.
When I tried to directly upload a .gif it didn't move, but when I uploaded it to a different site and used the link it worked.
Dunno if that's an actual problem or just something retarded on my end.

I'm not sure if gifs work properly with the forum yet but I will check it out. Your best bet is, as you've already done, to use a linked avatar.

There are quite a few tutorials out there for how to create a GIF, but the easiest way is to find a GIF generator.
