Why aren't these public nameplates yet? Better yet why did you even have to push it to legendary? What's wrong with Heroics having custom nameplates?

They're easy enough to find.

Also, I know someone answered the question about Heroic nameplates already, but I'll do it again: Heroic is super duper easy to get to, and having the custom nameplate/titlebar bind to that prefix makes them less cool and more common.
