It's not about the words that were used, its about the context.

It's a little different when ita used aggressively in a very serious conversation than when chally or lemon go around telling people to kill themselves just because they like the color purple.

But that really is a bad, and incredibly human way of looking at things, and you're right that going forward we'll have to be more objective about the things that are and aren't allowed.
