Surely, this has been brought to discussion before, but I endeavour to reintroduce it to the floor for legitimate consideration.

If possible, could we have an All Topics board, that mixes together all of the boards at once, save the News board?

It would be convenient for people who want to see all of the discussion occurring here at once, and I personally would use it.

In the Old Flood, Gaming, Serious, and Shitpost Central were all together, and I feel that this is an experience that this site is capable of delivering, in all of the elder days' glory.

Thoughts?

I see no reason we couldn't create this option, other than coding difficulties.

We could do that. I personally prefer separation,
but some people may enjoy having an "all Topics" board.

We have a page that is called Unread topics that works the same; and even better, it shows you updated topics that you haven't read. Here's a link which can be seen from the main page.
