came back from a splash pad and got to talk with some cousins that i haven't seen in a few years. catching up whilst their kids were off being wild was relaxing.
i've been diagnosed for a bit now. having prozac prescribed to me has honestly made a big difference. i'm generally less irritable while i'm on it (in tandem with not being as mopey, of course) which is a great sign it's working. life has mellowed out now.
