she only just got done celebrating getting 1 million less than a month ago lol
speaking of shit that only someone with the most autistically warped priorities ever would care aboutJust for comparison, what was her peak?
🦀 blaire white doesn't have a million subscribers anymore 🦀
lmao she really slowed down in getting subs then, I remember when a year+ ago (I have no concept of time anymore) people were saying she was almost at a million and that she would definitely get there before Contrapoints

I would say good riddance but it's not like I even care about Bungie anymore or who works there.

he's younger than me, so if he's more than a tutor or some shit, that's kind of shocking
Still teaching, but I‘m hoping to at least be doing a few physics classes considering that’s what my certification is in. I love teaching ninth grade science, but I want to do more advanced material a lot of the time. You're a teacher?
My school has offered astronomy classes as electives before, but COVID kind of strangulated the range of things we can teach. But I think I’ll be able to put that together in the next few years.
How old are you
it wouldn't actually be the first time he's exaggerated his accomplishments
I don't think it's that far fetched actually, assuming he's in the US there has been severe shortages in grade school teachers leading to a much lower bar for entry.

Best of luck to you as well, I still can't even imagine what it'd be like to be in that kind of temperature

A lot of bullshit that I'm going to have to research to get a halfway decent informed opinion. 11 propositions total.

I'd still be in college working two jobs with probably a lot more in my savings account

I read that post/comic while drinking a Monster Zero. Don’t know how to feel about this....
Embrace your status as a 30 year old boomer and reminisce on the good 'ol days

Items with no bids at all are the best because it usually means no one else noticed it. As long as the seller has good ratings anyway. Sometimes I almost feel bad for having won stuff at the opening bid price, but it's all part of the game.

I've always found these tests kind of sillyregardless, it's activity—do you feel like they missed the mark on your results?
It seems fine, but it's just that whole matter of interpretation thing where several questions could've been answered differently.

Buy used, I got the tablet I'm using right now for 40 bucks and then slapped a custom rom on it. Works great.Where have you found it? On ebay or some simillar website, or somewhere else?
Yeah eBay. Watch items that are open for bidding and close to the end date. Anything with 2 days or less that has relatively low bids and price is a prime target. Set an alarm for half an hour before and drop your bid then. That's how I've snatched some of my stuff, even brand new devices.

Yeah, that was something people have found weird about me, how I think one way that's drastically different than how I act in person. I find the serotonin thin weird, too, because it's not like I'm good at planning things, I just dwell on the future a lot and all the different ways things can play out, which leads to a lot of indecision up until the last minute, which drives my nuts
wasnt totally sure on some of the questions, since how I think I am and how others see I am are different
Also I think one way but usually end up doing the opposite
That's the problem with these sorts of tests, a lot of times the answers don't really mean much because it varies depending on how you interpret it.

>People calling Trump the next Hitler. Why did they hope a speedy recovery for a fascist?
>People calling Trump a Zionist Israeli loving shill.
>Me, knowing Trump is just a fucking idiot.
Because neolibs are worthless virtue signalers.

lmao remember when Desty made a new account because I showed people how to use the built in task automation in windows to down vote him every day
What is the purpose of karma on this site? I downvote SC every day.I completely forgot about this as well.
I believe it used to impact people’s titles but it was being abused, so Cheat nerfed it to the point of being useless.
He also supposedly had a really high warning level on that account and might've ended up being the first and only person to get a perma that way. That's what Kiyo said back then anyway.

I did too until about a week ago lol
What is the purpose of karma on this site? I downvote SC every day.lmao I forgot that was a feature still
It used to have a more noticeable effect but high activity counteracts bad karma.

Cheat make tweets embeddable in 3.0 so that I don't have to click all of these links

I'm not really sure why at this point, it's like a leftover stubborn hangup from when I and this forum were still active. I didn't like seeing threads that never died in my Updated Topics list or something, since it was basically my default landing page.
« on: October 06, 2020, 06:19:09 PM »
I've been stubborn about not posting in them since basically they started being a thing, but now it's to the point where I can't really talk about Halo unless I post in it.Most of the Halo thread is just people sharing clips or complaining about 343 anyway. You're not really missing much.
I get most of my Halo talk in discords like Halopedia now
I actually do keep up with reading it, even liking posts sometimes. I'm just stubborn and autistic about it for some reason.

Do you remember that one time when uhhh, if I remember correctly, Deci proposed a raid on some weeb discord in Anarchy and you went to owner of that Discord to warn him so he would umm kill the invite link probably or something? So I met Deci in that discord, he was bitching about this place sometimes and I knew this must be a perfect place for me to be in, so I
like this forum is a spinoff from bungie (from what I was told)So wait where did you come from?
InFiLtRaTeD found this place, too bad I missed all the weebs here.
I don't remember that, but it sounds plausible

What the actual fuck why is that a thing though, just make it a normal tax funded program or something I don't fucking know lol

I think part of the problem with any community that's been around for long enough is that topics dry up because everybody knows everybody. It doesn't really matter what the topic is after a while, you get a feel for who's going to respond and why they're going to respond. The talking point issue can be circumvented in physical presence aka people hanging out and doing shit together but not neccessarily talking. With the shiternet being what it is, it'll always burn out like this. I've seen it happen on many smaller sites over time unless there was some bigger binding force at large.
Plus nobody has done anything with their lives the past six years so nothing has entered the ecosystem
We're like a time capsule
Eh I don't think that's completely true per say but there are very good reasons for not sharing everything from your personal life especially considering this website's history
