I've played a good bit of it, but I am stuck currently. Love the game to death tho, especially the soundtrack
What part are you stuck on? Some of the places up north gave me a run for my money.
The Western quadrant. I either can't find the boss or can't beat him
The Hanged Man fight was pretty rough. The best advice I can give is to stay far away from him when he chases you with his sword then get in close and shotgun him in the face when he stops to do his ranged attacks. You can also deflect his projectiles back at him for some extra damage too.
I didn't know you could deflect his projectiles. Thanks for the help!

The Flood / Re: Brendan Fraser's divine intervention?!
« on: January 02, 2017, 09:49:20 AM »
His role in Behind the Curtain Of The Night could be his saving grace.

"The plot follows a man, Fraser, whose near-death experience sends him on a tour of past and future lives — from World War II to the year 3012 — and features Marcia Cross playing God"

Even god wants this to happen
Quote
“I was told by someone who also died twice that I was supposed to share the story, and if I didn’t tell the story, it was going to kill me,” said the director through a translator. “The very next day, I had a near miss with a tragic auto accident as two cars crashed together and barely missed me. After that, I started to prepare everything, but then had doubts again because I was afraid to tell people what happened to me. And then, after that, I got into a car accident but survived, and that’s when I knew I had tell the story.”

Wind is the earth breathing. It breathes through volcanoes, which scientists spell as volcanose. Volcanic eruptions are the Earth's sneezes.

My fave has to be Prisoner of Azkaban. The whole "who you thought was evil really isn't" resonates with me.

The Flood / Re: Apparently I have "white privilege"
« on: December 24, 2016, 05:10:10 AM »
So I don't want to waste too much energy talking about it, but these fucking people on facebook were telling me "fuck your white feelings" when I said that I am sick of worrying about all the problems in the world. So I got into it with them, saying that your skin color doesn't automatically determine your level of problems. So they fucking flip out and tell me that I'm racist and shit and they won't stop commenting these insulting messages on the thread. I just seriously can't fucking stand these people, and now I really sympathize with people who can't stand so called "social justice warriors".

I mean, I always thought that being politically correct just meant being polite. These people really prove to me that there is legitimate nonsense in the progressive left, because I've seen some really irredeemable shit in the past few hours.
That's why you join the moderates, we're the sanest bunch around. :3

I didn't kick the can but I had to say goodbye to a body part several days ago. 2016 killed part of me then I guess.

Bets are on Morgan Freeman.
Wait, what did you lose?

Most of the lower portion of my right arm past elbow. Do me a favor and leave it at that.

I know you from somewhere, don't I?
Yeah, I went by KnaveOfDeath back in the days of b.net. I was an occasional poster and a constant lurker.

If its your first time writing a novel, I hate to say it, but it's likely that you wont make it unless your dedication to the idea and yourself is practically incorruptable and immovable. A common pitfall for new authors is over extending past their current abilities and approaching a novel with overenthusiastic naivety. I do support you in your writing. Before you tackle the monolith goal of writing a novel see if you can write your story first.
I did write a novel a few years ago, and this second novel is based on a short story I wrote. If you're questioning my dedication to the story, know that this story will probably receive the most attention out of all of my projects. I've been wanting to write it for ages now. I will write this book.
On another note, writing the story out before tackling a novel is probably the best advice I've gotten so far. So thank you in that regard. I will update the Flood when I have the entire book written.

Two games made by Erik Svedang, an independent game developer in Sweden. I hope I'm not the only one out there who has played these games for they are a joy and a half to play, especially Kometen. Here's a link to Svedang's website:
