All A's. I got some bs paper I have 90% written which I need to submit tonight and I got another paper 3/4's of the way done aside from some information on formative assessment I just need to add in for tomorrow.
i got lucky with my classes this semester, none of my professors decided to assign any large papers at the end of the term. other then a small project for my business class i haven't had to worry about any huge end of term papers.

if i score at least an 87/100 on my microeconomics exam, i'll keep my A, and if i don't score an A on my entrepreneurship final i'll drop to a B in the class...so pretty much, if i want straight A's, i'll have to be on top of my game tomorrow :-[

how are finals going with you faggots?

There's always too many deer.
I seriously cannot fathom why the government refuses to allow deer to be domesticated and farmed.
because it's more fun to watch drivers dodge deer that bolt into the roads at night

Verb getting BTFO itt
Not at all.

If you eat meat, you should be okay with killing and eating humans.
Yeah, but human meat is icky.
how do you know?

at this point the only meat that i eat on a consistent basis is chicken. i'll cook a steak every now and then if i'm in the mood, and i will never be able to pass up authentic BBQ ribs or brisket...

but i can still agree the meat industry is just flat-out disgusting. buying meats locally and from organic farms is a little more humane, though...

The Flood / Re: What sports have you played, and what positions?
« on: December 02, 2015, 05:07:57 PM »
I've played competitive baseball, soccer, basketball, and football, and ran track and cross country.

At first when I played baseball I wanted to be a pitcher, but my coach decided to put me on 3rd base instead, and I never played any other position.

Fun fact, I made the all star team 3 years in a row as a goalie when I played soccer throughout middle school.

I was also on my middle school basketball team and mostly played center because of my height.

Football is the sport where I have the least experience, when i played my coach put me at safety and i fared alright. Only played for one year in high school though.

And I ran the 2 mile event in track, never was that fast, I was better at cross country

awesome man, that's a great accomplishment. i've been working out regularly for almost 3 years now, with a mixture of lifting, running, and cycling.

i'm not the biggest around, 6'0" tall and my weight fluctuates between 155-165, but i'd say i'm pretty strong for my size.

Serious / Re: “There’s no such thing as safe drugs."
« on: December 01, 2015, 10:48:46 AM »
Incidents like these is what gives rave and festival culture a bad rap...just another case of dumb people not being responsible with their drug use.

Like what's already been said in this thread a couple times, know your limits and do your research prior to taking substances that you're not familiar with, and this wouldn't even be a problem.
Any substance that requires "research" to do shouldn't be done.
Why? People are already going to these events with the mindset of taking a drug, wouldn't you at least agree that it would be better for them to know what exactly it's going to do beforehand? I don't see safety and responsibility as a bad thing.
Is there a test too?

Fuck outta here lmao
I don't see how what I said deserved a sarcastic response...if you're gonna take mind altering substances it should be a priority to know how it's going to affect you.
It's hilarious to me that people research the drug they're going to use.

It's the epitome of pathetic.
Yeah let me just take whatever this dealer gives me without having a clue what it actually is.
There's a difference between knowing what drug you're using and spending hours researching what poison you're going to put in your body.

Quote
I mean, he told me I'll have a great time, and he's a drug dealer so he must know everything!
When did the drug dealer ever become involved in this? LOL

This is a really pisspoor argument.

Quote
Sarcasm aside, I didn't realize making rational choices was pathetic.
That'd be because using drugs isn't making a rational choice.

It's the fucking opposite. Lmao you junkies never get old.

Quote
Tell me, do you just buy things on impulse without even thinking about the cost and benefits, or do you conduct your own research on the product and go from there? Because that's literally the same logic.
Debating what type of bbq grill to get isn't the same thing as researching a drug, buying it, then using it.

It's pathetic. Use all the poison you want, just don't try and justify and throw a tantrum when people laugh at your stupidity.
Alright, if you didn't understand it before, the first part of my post was sarcasm. Obviously.

Second, debating whether using drugs is rational or not isn't the topic of this argument at all, I'm arguing that people who go into festivals with the mindset of taking drugs should at least know how these drugs are going to affect them. Doing a little research and analyzing the costs and benefits of taking the substance, and then coming to a conclusion from there, is a rational decision, period. That's simple decision-making 101.

And third, I love how you bring the argument into personal attacks against me, which I find to be pretty pathetic. "You junkies never get old," lmao give me a fucking break. I smoke some weed every now and then and now I'm a junkie, alright. Your little attacks on me still doesn't detract anything from the points I've made, so if you want to respond to this, how about you tell me how being safe is "the epitome of pathetic" instead of attacking my character?

1253
if you look up to anybody on this website....you need to get your priorities straight

but from there, you should conclude that, "this is a bad idea"
Well it all comes down to their choice, what somebody "should" do in that situation is another discussion for another time.
