"so stupid"

Meanwhile, you haven't accomplished anything worthwhile. Yawn.
You don't see what I am seeing in everything around me. I have seen you posting on this forum before, you're just a very slow, unintelligent person. You can be knowledgeable, and not intelligent. You're not playing the world around you, you just step in line and try to do exactly what others tell you to do, which is why you succeed at what they want. You're a good dog, you get rewarded for being a good dog.

So basically, being happy, making money, having a decent job , and a good life is being a "good dog" or a sheep?

Thats cool with me. I'd rather be a sheep than be an unhappy clown who accomplishes nothing. Thats just me tho. You do you bro.
For someone who is so happy and successful, you really do come here a lot to tell people that and talk garbage. Like you have something to prove. It's rather childish.

I'm really good at being a cunt.
Tbh, that's probably due to most of your life being spent on this site.

The workplace is flawed when it comes to jobs in the same sectors. When it comes down to comparing similar jobs, women do get the shit end, even with maternal leave which isn't always paid.

Alright I can tell by this alone that you don't know much about making gains, which is alright since everyone starts from scratch.

This is true. I never used to work out, as my gymnastics background took care of my physicality pretty well. When I stopped doing that I lost a lot of weight, so I thought I'd make up for it at the gym.

I mean, I may not have been doing it right. But I got decent results.

You didn't gain 15 lb of muslce, period.

No, I misspoke. 15 lbs gained, not pure muscle.

And if you're in the gym everyday you're probably overdoing it and just going catabolic.

"Every day" being every week day, with mild jogging and push-ups on the weekends.

The key to building muscle is to keep the reps low, weight high, and to recover.

Yup, that's what I was doing.
Oh, so I guess you do have a good foundation on this. But yeah I think the most you can get out of this time is a clean bulk which will add more fat than muscle (but that's usually how it goes unless you're on roids). If I were you I'd start training for the spring.

Yeah bruh you're not going to build a lot of muscle in a month, and since I'm guessing you have no experience you probably won't build any in that time. It takes a while for people to get into a workout routine and you only really start putting on muscle when you start upping your weight or reps.

But I'll say you can probably clean bulk which would let you stay cut while trying to build muscle. That's the best you can probably do and it's a little complicated. It's diet more than anything. I need a little more info though.

I put on 15 lbs of muscle in a month. It's not impossible, it just takes a fuck load of drive. In the gym everyday and shit, I'm sure you know the drill.

Though, that was before I became a vegan where meat was still an option, lol.

If I were you I'd probably do four days in the gym a week. My split has me at five but I've been doing this for a while.
Just focus on exercises, split, diet, and form.

Take it from Septy, don't ever get a TV shipped to your house.
What did septy say?

And to guts, I plan to get it from the manufacturers website. I assume they'll ship through someone like ups or usps.

Just really bad trolls or people with nothing nice to say. People like loaf, psu, that nick guy, and some others I'm sure. I don't spend a ton of time here but there's probably at least a dozen childish people that don't help this already small forum.

You're gay
Oh no. My feelings.

Has anyone ever gotten a TV shipped to their house? Every time I git a TV it was from the store, but I'm trying to avoid sales tax. Any issues with damages or fees?

I'm pretty amazed at how many inactive accounts there are. If this is the activity during summer, then imagine when school starts up. I doubt it'll even be worth using tbh.

Anti pot ads is the reason I didn't smoke until I was 20. They're kind of dumb, but I can't be mad at them for trying to prevent people from smoking weed.

The Flood / Re: Is there anything good about black culture?
« on: July 19, 2015, 06:38:14 PM »
First in regards to the way we speak, we do this because during slavery and even well after slavery ended, you'd be killed for being able to read. Generations of black people were denied education, and it took until the mid 20th century to give black Americans good infrastructure for education, which was miles behind what whites had. So it's no surprise Ebonics is a thing.

Second, we don't really have much of a culture. Well black people like Africans do, but not black Americans. What culture can one have when you're brought in chains to a new world and then having to adopt the norms of the race that enslaved you? Over generations black culture that originated in Africa degraded due to integrating with whites. It simply couldn't be preserved.
The culture that we did build in America was either suppressed or stolen (like how most black music was ripped off by whites often).

Our culture today, at least from what I can see, mostly revolves around our sense of community, Christianity, music, and racial unity. We also have a love for comedy. Other than that it's really just American culture.
Also black culture isn't just violence and ignorance, but the media always portrays us like that so I can't be surprised when people think the way they do. The American media will never tell you how great and prosperous other parts of the world are. It breaks the  ethnocentrism.

For those wondering, this is from my job, but I already paid for everything I really need. So here I am.

The Flood / Re: Where's Jesse Jackson?
« on: July 16, 2015, 09:05:48 PM »
This isn't new. The Chiraq violence has been going on for years. People protest the violence often and its acknowledged by a lot of black leaders.
It's been going on for years so, whatever right? It's normal. It doesn't matter that Chicago was dubbed Chiraq because there are so many murders the death toll is you see in Iraq.

Where is the national outrage for this? Where's the marching and the protesting?

This has been going on for decades and nobody really cares. That's my point. I know it's not new. But it's so not talked about and so ignored, I really start to wonder if people actually care that children are murdering each other.
I've been looking into it a lot the past two years and it seems to be gaining some attention. Or at least people know about it. The violence was brought up to congress I believe a few years ago.
But yeah, I don't get why nothing is really being done. Maybe there's complications that just aren't easy to fix.

But it's not that people don't know, and don't protest it (locally), it's just the media doesn't report it.

What does Canada even contribute to the world? Besides really good musicians. It's nice and all but the taxes and pricing of goods seems terrible.
Doesn't the US get most of its oil from Canada?
I don't really count natural resources. More like cultural, scientific, technological, and entertainment contributions when I judge these things.
